Capture a photo of something you are grateful for
It may seem silly, but I think that the companionship that an animal can give to you is unmatched. My cat, Ruth, has been such a huge help over the past couple of years. I am always able to instantly cheer up when I interact with her. I think that it is very important to have a companion, whether that take form in a person or a pet.
